What You're Buying
The playbook is a digital download: a fillable PDF. Right after you pay, Kit emails you a link to download it. Nothing ships in the mail. Prices are in US dollars, and any sales tax is shown at checkout.
Checkout and Payment
Kit runs the checkout and its payment processor, Stripe, handles your card. We never see your full card number. Kit's own terms apply to the checkout.
14-Day Refund
If the playbook isn't for you, email anton@joinsocialcode.com within 14 days of buying, from the email you bought with, and you'll get a full refund. No questions. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
If Something's Wrong With the File
If the download doesn't arrive, won't open, or you were charged twice, email anton@joinsocialcode.com. We'll send it again, fix it, or refund the extra charge, even after 14 days.
Your License
When you buy the playbook, it's yours to use for yourself, on any of your own devices. Please don't share the file, post it online, resell it or use it to teach a paid program. If a friend wants it, send them to joinsocialcode.com.
No Guaranteed Results
The playbook gives you a plan and the reps. What happens depends on you and the people you meet, so we can't promise a specific result. That's what the 14-day refund is for. See the disclaimer.
Chargebacks
Please email anton@joinsocialcode.com before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund is faster for you, and it saves us a dispute fee.
